Faculté des Métiers
Missions
A career showcase
- Involving companies in presenting various trades to young people
- Showing and highlighting professional actions and attitudes
- Involving the whole organisation in energising the presentation of careers
- Developing tutoring, preparing company managers and their colleagues to become tutors
- Raising our requirements for the application of true educational principles to work-linked training through the continuous improvement of CFA/company relations
- Encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit by incorporating business-creation modules in certain courses, by participating in business start-up competition projects, etc.
International mobility
International mobility for our apprentices: one of the strategic aims of Faculté des Métiers. Thanks to the pooling of the experience of our three training centres, language teaching, and awareness of cultural differences, once again this year we are able to exchange apprentices, including company work-experience immersion, with our European sister schools (Norway, Malta, United Kingdom, Finland, Spain, etc.).
The aim is to encourage young trainees to develop a taste
for mobility, awareness of the world, foreign language skills,
and professional experience in addition to that provided by the
Faculté des Métiers.
