Our training offer is perfectly suited to developing the skills of your employees whilst anticipating your requirements.
In the context of your Forward-looking Labour Force and Skills Management, you wish to qualify one or more employees. The training is engineered to create appropriate programmes after an in-depth analysis of your requirements.
Our training courses contain several modules distributed over several months, and include a period spent in a company. They allow an entity, team, or set of employees to master the new knowledge required to do their job.
Once the mechanism has been created and approved, we make our accommodation capacity, our administrative structure, and our teaching staff available to you in order to ensure its successful implementation.
The main areas we cover
- Industry (maintenance, automated production systems, automatic distribution, electronics, electrical engineering, lifts (elevators) and household appliances, etc.)
- Commerce (management of a commercial unit, specialist salesperson, call centre trades)
- Secretarial trades, accounting and travel industry
- Craft trades (hairdressing, beauty care, food preparation, baking, ice-cream making, chocolate making, pastry, fishmongering, restaurant trades, car mechanical repairs and bodywork)
These long courses may be financed by an OPCA (joint commission for collective training) in the framework of the training plan, period or professional training contract, and in certain cases by the institutional partners.
