About us

To enable every employee to obtain training throughout his or her career, Faculté des Métiers de l'Essonne has placed significant resources at the service of companies and their employees:

Human resources

• The teaching staff comprises 2 course directors who co-ordinate a team of instructors selected for their professional skills and teaching abilities
• A sales team comprising 4 training advisors to guide companies in the selection, monitoring and implementation of their training programmes
• An administrative team of 6 assistants available to help you with the administrative management of your training programmes and make them run smoothly.

Facilities

• 6 classrooms with complete audiovisual equipment,
  1 multimedia room with16 remote tutoring stations connected to the Internet,
  1 call centre equipped with 12 stations,
  3 computer rooms networked with 12 workstations per room,
  1 teaching creation room
  1 demonstration and control room for the classroom, with Internet connection
  make up the EVRY TERTIARY DEPARTMENT.
• 1 workshop dedicated to the control of production lines (soap production lines and various automated systems),
  4 electronic and electrical workshops (automated systems, tertiary buildings area, industrial electrical assembly zone, measurement bench),
  1 maintenance workshop for household and energy appliances
  1 automatic distribution workshop
  make up the EVRY TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT.
• 1 facility dedicated to welding techniques (10 stations)
  1 facility dedicated to boilermaking and metal structures (traditional machines and numerically controlled machines: bending machines, shears, punches)
  present on the BONDOUFLE SITE
• 8 classrooms with complete audiovisual equipment,
  1 multimedia room with 8 remote tutoring stations
  1 computer room networked (12 workstations)
  located on the MASSY SITE.

All of these facilities make FDM able to fulfil all training requirements.
